This session will take you on a tour of the New Student Experience (NSE) including both the Admin and student perspective. Come journey with us as we explore Mike’s case study as a student submitting a request in the NSE. In addition to Mike’s journey, we will explore the case study from the Admin’s perspective in creating & processing a request, applying a created email template, and configuring the Continuing stage in stage configurations.
