Erin joined Terra Dotta in September 2016, bringing 6 years of experience as a DSO and later Assistant Director for International Recruitment at North Dakota State University, which also included TDS implementation and management. She holds a B.A. in International Studies from Loras College and M.A. in Diplomacy and International Conflict Management from Norwich University. Erin has a passion for cultural exchange that began with a year abroad in Thailand and has led her to study, work, and travel within North America, Brazil, Western Europe and Southeast Asia. She works from her home office in Florida.
