Taylor joined Terra Dotta in February 2020. His primary role is bridging communication between the client, the product management team, and the services teams as well as providing documentation, hosting client webinars, and assisting with development. Prior to joining Terra Dotta, he worked in client support and internal communications at an educational tech company and in international education at Duke University and North Carolina State University. He holds a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Master’s Degree in International Studies from North Carolina State University. Taylor has studied abroad at the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2016 and has travelled extensively around Hong Kong, South Korea, China, Honduras, Mexico, and parts of Europe. He works from the Chapel Hill Terra Dotta office.
