Diedre is an Assistant Director for Client Services at Terra Dotta. Her team leads clients through their implementation of Terra Dotta’s Study Abroad, Travel, and Agreements solutions. Diedre's proactive approach to ensuring clients maintain their systems through feature adoption outreach and the Administrator Services allows her to be an effective collaborator to our Product Development team for future development objectives. She joined Terra Dotta in 2014, and brought nearly 10 years of experience within International and Higher Education to the table, including time at Auburn University and The University of Alabama.
