This is a hands-on, immersive workshop designed to rapidly build your skills as a Terra Dotta administrator.
Experienced instructors will guide you through exercises that teach core features for building your site and completing daily tasks and processes. You will leave this workshop with the knowledge and skills you need to empower you as a TDS administrator.
Ready to take your first steps to ISSS Student adoption? By the end of this workshop, participants will have the knowledge and tools to make a smooth transition from TDS Classic to ISSS Student. Attendees that complete this session are eligible to participate in a guided go-live process that will put you on the path to launching ISSS Student in production!
- Day One: Managing Student Profiles
- Day Two: Processing Student Requests; SEVIS Registration/Validation
- Day Three: Housekeeping in TDS Classic - essential for a smooth transition (Auditing and cleanup your data in TDS Classic and other preparations); Launch Plan
- Day Four: Final touches on your ISSS Student Configurations in preparation for launch
Make the most of all that ISSS Scholar has to offer! This 8 hour workshop will provide attendees with a high level discussion on the Department, Scholar and ISSS Admin experience within ISSS Scholar. Over the course of four learning sessions, your Terra Dotta experts will assist clients in engaging sessions to assist with making the onboarding process for international scholars and employees streamlined.
Day One: Walk through of the J-1 Scholar Process including Requests.
Day Two: Walk through the H-1B/O-1 Scholar Process including Extensions and Amendments.
Day Three: Login Screen, Form Management, Scholar Settings and F-1 OPT/STEM Process
Day Four: Changing Classification and Department functionalities, Approval Workflows, Task Assignments & Analytics
